Wade Boyle came into CHAPTER 11 in early 1998, after a chance meeting with Jamie at a well-known Indianapolis night club.

Wade is a long time friend and band co-member performing with Jamie and Todd during the early nineties.   Wade brings a wealth of playing experience and talent to CHAPTER 11, adding danceable texture to the bottom end.  His flashy two-handed technique is a thrill for both the ears and eyes; something every music fan will appreciate.

Wade became interested in playing bass the same way many professional musicians did, by watching the supergroup Kiss.  Other early influences include The Jim Mercy Band, Aerosmith and Stone Temple Pilots.

Wade began by playing through a miniature guitar amplifier with a $30 used bass bought for him by his father.  Since then Wade has progressed into state of the art equipment, using Yamaha basses.  His choice for amplification will always be Hartke, with a BBE Maximizer along with thumping Hartke cabinets.
